Apartments Basioli - Zadar

I recently stayed at Apartments Basioli in Zadar for a week-long vacation. The apartment was spotless, with top-notch bedding and kitchen facilities. The owners, Neven and his family, were incredibly welcoming and provided helpful recommendations for local restaurants. The secure parking and stunning views were a huge plus. I also appreciated that there were no extra charges for utilities and that heating and cooling were provided. The apartment was peaceful and offered plenty of storage. The furniture was of excellent quality, and the overall experience was hassle-free. I highly recommend this hotel.

Quiet atmosphere, pleasant location near to the beach, sea shore. Location in a quiet area. And it is right at restaurants. The host, Anita, makes you feel at home.

I absolutely loved the hotel's decoration, it was so warm and inviting. The common areas were spacious and beautifully decorated with cozy furniture. As a senior woman, I found the hotel's accessibility perfect for me. The hallways were wide, the elevators were conveniently located, and there were plenty of handrails and seating areas throughout the hotel. It made navigating the hotel very easy and comfortable for someone like me.

I would have loved if the hotel had more organized activities for senior guests. It would have been nice to have some fitness or wellness classes specifically catered to us.

The location was perfect for our fishing and hiking adventures. We caught some gnarly fish and conquered some challenging trails. The owner, Neven, was a legend and gave us all the insider tips for the best spots. The apartment itself was super cozy and had everything we needed. Highly recommend for a rad trip with friends!

The only thing we wished for was a better nightlife scene nearby. We're young party animals and it would've been awesome to have some happening bars or clubs within walking distance.

The value for money at Apartments Basioli was excellent. The room was clean, well-equipped, and had a wonderful sea view. The location in Diklo was quiet and relaxed, perfect for a peaceful vacation. The staff, especially Neven the owner, were friendly, helpful, and provided lots of useful information about the region and things to do.

The breakfast could be improved by including a small welcome pack after a long journey.

The apartment at Apartments Basioli had a cozy seating area and a private bathroom with a shower. It was perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring. The balcony with sea views was a lovely spot to enjoy a cup of tea and soak in the beautiful surroundings. The air conditioning kept the room cool and comfortable, and the soundproofing ensured a peaceful night's sleep. the apartment was a comfortable and enjoyable place to stay.

The only thing I didn't particularly like was that the bathroom had a bath or shower combination. But that's just my personal preference, and I'm sure some people would still find it convenient.

Stayed at a place with a lovely garden and sea views. Had a blast playing tennis and darts. , had daily cleaning.

This place is jaw-dropping! The owner, Neven, went above and beyond to make our stay incredible. From picking us up at the airport and showing us around the city, to providing juice and water for the kids upon arrival, the hospitality was mind-blowing. The apartment itself was spotless and had everything we needed, including a washing machine and dishwasher. The location is super, just a stone's throw from the water, and the view from the balcony is absolutely stunning. The bus stop and shops are just a 5-minute walk away, making it easy to explore the city. Neven even helped us save money on an excursion to Krka national park. the service and experience were top-notch. We can't wait to come back!

The room was clean and well-equipped, with everything we needed for our stay. The location was great, with the sea just a short walk away. We also enjoyed the beautiful view from the balcony, especially during sunset.

There were a few drawbacks to our stay. Although the owners provided a temporary solution, it wasn't quite what we expected.
